After years of trying DIY to keep our basement dry during heavy rains, we called the Basement Detective. The work was completed in July 2018 and our basement has not had a drop of water in it since!

My house experienced a significant problem with the drainage in the basement, especially around the antiquated sump pump containment areas struggling to remove incoming water. A call to Basement Detective, with the working knowledge of the company’s expert Carlos, proved to be my problem’s answer. Carlos explained to me clearly the process to rectify and improve the inefficient system I had inherited when buying the house. His recommendations were spot on without the embellishments of performing any unnecessary steps to inflate the price of the proposed project.
